The deathmark of this skin looks cool especially when it executes the targets. Like the rest of the skins of this theme, the abilities have multi-coloured particles. The skin looks good with high quality shadows and abilities. PsyOps Zed features him as an elite and formidable assassin (which he already is LOL). See PsyOps Zed in action: PsyOps Zed Skin Spotlight Prestige Project Zed is available for 125 Mythic Essences when it’s in rotation. The prestige edition looks much better than the regular one and we’ll give it a separate rating It’s one of the best-looking prestige editions of any skin. The prestige edition turns the skin golden and adds hair. This skin also has a prestige edition that makes it look even more beautiful. See Prestige Project Zed in action: Prestige Project Zed Skin Spotlight The recall animation is slick and awesome. Zed’s shurikens are red/orange and his ultimate has an execution indicator that shows clearly. It features Zed in a futuristic exoskeleton-like suit with his shadows as holograms and all his abilities having a futuristic look. Project Zed was released with the 5 project skins released after the popularity of Project Yasuo. See Project Zed in action: Project Zed Skin Spotlight Let’s rank them from worst to best based on a few attributes. He has 2 legendary skins and one of his skins also has a prestige edition. Zed has a total of 8 skins out of which 3 are legacy skins. The PROJECT skin is a fantastic take on Zed and really stands out among his collection. The Master of Shadows is a popular mid-lane assassin due to his flashy abilities and play-making potential. Like all PROJECT skins, the effects are top-notch, with his Razor Shurikens and Shadow Slash really feeling like they have some weight to them in the pixelated form. The way Riot incorporated the futuristic theme into his kit, particularly with regards to his shadow (which is pixelated and vanishes in a cool “shadow deleted” manner) is really remarkable. It’s no secret that I love the PROJECT skins, but this skin is among my favorites. While his Q and ultimate animations are a bit underwhelming, this skin is still definitely worth the buy. It swoops when it slashes and zooms back to the champion, rather than just kind of bursting out of his model. The best part of this skin is that the shadow, the most iconic parts of the kit, feels like a shadow. I mean, Zed really looks like a demonic ghoul and all this new animations and ability effects go along with that. The look of this skin is simply cool as hell. The blue flames surrounding his shadow are really cool, and this is one of the few skins of his that have chromas available, but basically, that is where the upgrades over the base skin end. The Championship skin could have been a game-changer for Zed. Unfortunately, it doesn’t offer much more than nostalgia. The skin is probably the best of the SKT championship skins, giving the champion a really cool and unique style and upgrading those blades of his. This was the skin that honors the iconic performance by SKT T1 mid laner Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok during the Season 3 World Championship. State of the Meta (The Tank Misconception).Looking at Excel’s New Roster Ahead of 2023 LEC Winter. Why It’s VETHEO’s fault that Excel are 1-5?!?.Really the only thing this skin has going for it is being one of his cheapest skins and also having a sick splash art. It’s basically an upgraded chroma, providing no unique effects or animations. Like most release skins, Shockblade is one of the least-impressive skins in Zed’s collection. But, since there are so many players out there who love playing the Master of Shadows, let’s rank every single one of his skins. Half of those skins are legacy skins, meaning that they’re not even available for purchase, and Zed hasn’t received a new skin since last April. Which is why it’s so odd that, for a champion released almost eight years ago, Zed only has seven skins to his collection. As a result, he’s consistently one of the best mid laners in terms of pick rate. The champion involved in one of the most iconic professional League of Legends moments ever, Zed has been the prototype of a high-skill mid laner. By Josh Tyler 2 years ago Zed is always among the most iconic mid laners in League of Legends, so we rank each of his skins to determine which is the best.
